    Initial Windows x86_64 release build.

    Fixes in v2

    • FIXED: Game no longer boots as server on Windows — now launches client mode via smart entry scene
    • FIXED: Mouse look now works (click to capture, Escape to release)
    • Player connects to 68.202.6.107:34197 via ENet (netfox rollback prediction TBD)
