Add authbind dependency. Fix crash when number of input channels < number of output channels. Add onboarding dialog for initial configuration.

Download the most recent Debian (.deb) package for your platform:
Install the package by running
sudo apt update
cd ~/Downloads
sudo apt-get install ./pipedal_1.0.16_arm64.deb
Follow the instructions in Configuring PiPedal After Installation to complete the installation.
