In theory, USB audio devices should be able to run even with significant filesystem or display device activity on a realtime kernel; but that does not seem to be the case currently. There is some reason to beleive that there are outstanding issues with the Broadcom 2711 PCI Express bus drivers on realtime kernels, but as of September 2021, this is still a research issue.
