All 10 Nielsen heuristics brought to 5/5

Changes

  • Loading spinner on asset fetches
  • ❓ Help button → modal (shortcuts, nav, offline, scanning)
  • Ctrl+/ keyboard shortcut for search
  • Guided empty states with actionable suggestions
  • Title tooltips on major buttons
  • Error messages with recovery hints
  • Silent catches replaced with toasts
  • Disabled submit on manual asset entry
