T7 Reports Page UX — Complete

All 7 requirements verified and committed:

  1. Date presets — Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, All Time
  2. Empty-state guidance cards — All 4 report sections
  3. CSV download — Hidden when no data, shown when visits exist
  4. Loading state — Spinner + button disable during fetch
  5. Per Technician / Per Asset guidance — renderTimeOnSite() empty states
  6. View on Map button — 📍 Map button in Service Summary table
  7. Report caching — reportVisitsCache + cacheKey

Commits: 6c1d5c3 (HTML/JS/CSS), 51f9bcf (backend lat/lng fix), b31f8e8 (Navigate GPS improvements)
