Change: Added the existing Clear Asset GPS card to the Dashboard page for quick access.

Commit: 92e5170

Note: The Clear GPS feature already existed on the Export page (/api/assets/{asset_id}/gps DELETE endpoint). Just needed the card rendered on the Dashboard.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
