Created dedicated upload portal for field technicians at https://photos.ourpad.casa

  • Batch upload with EXIF GPS preservation
  • Shares photos.db with admin EXIF Scanner
  • Systemd user service on port 8094
  • NPMPlus proxy (cert_id=39)
  • No auth (public upload for internal tech use)

Photos uploaded here appear in admin → EXIF Scanner → Previously Processed.
